Jr. UI/UX DesignerFull-time

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate and refine design solutions.

Ensure consistent implementation of UI standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.

Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless design hand offs.

Iterate and improve designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.

Maintain and contribute to the internal design system and reusable UI components.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

0 to 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across multiple platforms.

Ability to understand technical limitations and collaborate effectively with developers.

Conduct design sprints to create product wireframes, storyboards, journey maps, and screen flows. Test and validate ideas before sharing them with the stakeholders.

NOTE - 1st 3 Months Unpaid Internship & after 3 Months Paid Internship - 7,000 Per Month ,

After that there is a bond of 1.6 Years
