      About Mivanta

      Mivanta India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology and security solutions company, offering

      advanced Intrusion Alarm Systems, ELV solutions, and automation products. We are

      expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can support our sales and

      customer outreach operations.

      Role Overview

      The Telesales person will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating

      leads, explaining products, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and ensuring smooth

      customer communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive

      attitude, and a strong desire to grow in a performance-driven environment.

      Key Responsibilities

       Make outbound calls to potential customers, partners, and system integrators.

       Introduce Mivanta products and services professionally and confidently.

       Generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.

       Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call records.

       Understand customer requirements and share accurate product information.

       Maintain updated CRM entries and call logs.

       Support sales and marketing activities by engaging customers during campaigns.

       Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent 

      follow-up.

       Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.

      Skills & Qualifications Required

       Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a

      plus).

       Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.

       Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation.

       Confident, energetic, and customer-service oriented.

       Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.

       Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM entry, email communication).

       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
