Job Overview

Managing day-to-day IT operations of the company
IT inventory and asset management with tagging
Leading desktop and helpdesk support to ensure all workstation and application-related issues are resolved promptly
Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, NAS, and firewalls
Networking hardware configuration for new setups and managing existing networks
Installation and configuration of multiple OS platforms for server and client devices
Managing and troubleshooting domain environments, file servers, database servers, and NAS setups
Installing and upgrading computer components and software; managing virtual servers
Troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, and IP telephony issues
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (installation, management, troubleshooting)
Basic understanding of cloud-based email solutions, web hosting, license management, and vendor portal management
