Job Summary

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing day-to-day IT operations of the company
    • IT inventory and asset management with tagging
    • Leading desktop and helpdesk support to ensure all workstation and application-related issues are resolved promptly
    • Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, NAS, and firewalls
    • Networking hardware configuration for new setups and managing existing networks
    • Installation and configuration of multiple OS platforms for server and client devices
    • Managing and troubleshooting domain environments, file servers, database servers, and NAS setups
    • Installing and upgrading computer components and software; managing virtual servers
    • Troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, and IP telephony issues
    • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (installation, management, troubleshooting)
    • Basic understanding of cloud-based email solutions, web hosting, license management, and vendor portal management
