Job Summary
- Managing day-to-day IT operations of the company
- IT inventory and asset management with tagging
- Leading desktop and helpdesk support to ensure all workstation and application-related issues are resolved promptly
- Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, NAS, and firewalls
- Networking hardware configuration for new setups and managing existing networks
- Installation and configuration of multiple OS platforms for server and client devices
- Managing and troubleshooting domain environments, file servers, database servers, and NAS setups
- Installing and upgrading computer components and software; managing virtual servers
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, and IP telephony issues
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (installation, management, troubleshooting)
- Basic understanding of cloud-based email solutions, web hosting, license management, and vendor portal management
