Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Overview

Graduate Trainee Engineer:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of innovative and effective implant solutions.

Quality inspection of the ortho implants and instruments.

Analyze the manufactured product, identify areas for improvement, and propose modifications to enhance product performance.

Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & CAM software to create detailed and accurate models of orthopedic implants.

Conduct simulations to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of implant designs.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.

Maintain detailed documentation of engineering activities, including design specifications, testing, and project reports.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to supervisors and project teams.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic implant technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Assist in the design and development of orthopedic implants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
