Job Summary
Responsibilities :
• Identify and research target companies in relevant industries
• Map key decision-makers within those companies and actively reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Manage inbound leads from India Mart and other e-commerce platforms
• Generate high-quality sales leads consistently through multiple outreach channels
• Collaborate with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts in coordination with Sales Managers
• Support the organization and execution of industry events across the country
• Compile and manage leads, opportunities, and revenue-related data from multiple sources
• Assist in preparing presentations and supporting Sales Managers in client meetings and training
• Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage prospects effectively
• Run campaigns, nurturing sequences, and content alignment for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and supply chain challenges faced by pharma & life sciences companies
Qualifications :
• 1 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation
• Proven expertise in cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline development
• At least 1 year of experience in market research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent planning abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience in the pharma and life sciences sector is a strong plus
• Experience in using CRM tools
