Full Stack Developer (Project Scaling Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

- Scale and optimize our app backend/frontend to handle 40K+ concurrent users, focusing on performance tuning, load balancing, and high-availability architectures.

- Develop and maintain full-stack features for Android and iOS apps using cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and native modules where needed.

- Build and enhance interactive dashboards for admins/users, integrating real-time analytics, data visualization (e.g., Chart.js, D3), and API-driven updates.

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deploy scalable microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).

- Troubleshoot production issues, implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis), database optimizations (e.g., MongoDB/PostgreSQL sharding), and ensure 99.9% uptime.

- Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to agile sprints for rapid iterations.

Required Qualifications :

- Atleast 1+ years in full-stack development with proven experience scaling apps to 40K+ live users (share specific projects/metrics in your application).

- Strong expertise in:

- Frontend: React.js/React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand).

- Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), REST/GraphQL APIs, AWS/GCP (EC2, Lambda, RDS).

- Mobile: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), or hybrid frameworks with native integrations.

- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions for scaling deployments.

- Hands-on with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services, and performance tools; experience in healthtech/telemedicine a plus.

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
