Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing to join our team. The QA professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications by thoroughly testing them against defined requirements and standards. The role involves understanding business and technical requirements, preparing test scenarios and test cases, executing manual and/or automated tests, and identifying defects in a timely manner.
The candidate will work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure issues are clearly documented, tracked, and resolved. The QA professional will also participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and testing cycles to support continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. A strong focus on functional testing, regression testing, and user experience is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Experience with defect tracking tools, test management processes, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
