Job Summary

  • The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing initiatives across Digital, ATL, and BTL channels to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth for Media Tech Temple.
     

    Digital Marketing

    Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

    Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaign execution.

    Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare basic analytical reports.

    Support lead generation initiatives through online platforms.
     

    ATL (Above The Line) Marketing

    Assist in planning and execution of ATL campaigns such as print, radio, and outdoor advertising.

    Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for ATL activities.

    Ensure brand messaging and positioning alignment across ATL campaigns.
     

    BTL (Below The Line) Marketing

    Execute local marketing activities including banners, flyers, standees, and on-ground promotions.

    Support recruitment and walk-in campaigns through BTL initiatives.

    Manage vendor coordination for printing and promotional materials.
     

    Innovative & Strategic Marketing

    Propose innovative marketing ideas to improve brand awareness and outreach.

    Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

    Identify cost-effective marketing opportunities and new growth channels.
     

    Skills & Competencies

    Understanding of Digital, ATL, and BTL marketing concepts

    Strong communication and coordination skills

    Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    Basic analytical and reporting skills
     

    Educational Qualification

    Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

    Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
