Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break)

Week Off: Sunday and Company-decided Major Public Holidays

Job Description

MediaTechTemple is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to identify trends, generate insights, and prepare meaningful reports that help improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Create dashboards and visual reports for management

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency

• Support teams with data-driven insights

• Document data processes and reports

• Ensure data confidentiality and security

Requirements: Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis (freshers with strong skills may apply)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts

• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good attention to detail and logical thinking

• Basic computer and internet knowledge
