  • Roles & Responsibilities

    Supervise and manage a team of digital sales/telecalling executives

    Assign, monitor, and optimize online automobile leads from digital platforms

    Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

    Monitor call quality, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance

    Train team members on automobile products, sales scripts, and CRM usage

    Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans

    Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

    Prepare and submit daily MIS, performance, and productivity reports

    Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
