    • Sales Target Achievement:

      Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets for building materials. 

    • Client Relationship Management:

      Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new client relationships.

      Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. 

    • Product Promotion and Sales:

      Promoting and selling building materials to contractors, builders, architects, and dealers. 

    • Sales Presentations and Proposals:

    • Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    • Market Analysis:
