Job Summary
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Support end-users via phone, email, or remote access tools.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and patch installations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support requests.
- Assist with network and server support under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security practices.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Around 1 year of experience as an IT Support/IT Technician.
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Technician, or equivalent.
