Job Summary

  • Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
    • Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
    • Support end-users via phone, email, or remote access tools.
    • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and patch installations.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support requests.
    • Assist with network and server support under the guidance of senior IT staff.
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security practices.

    IT Technician Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Around 1 year of experience as an IT Support/IT Technician.
    • Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Technician, or equivalent.
