IT SYSTEM ANALYSTFull-time

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Support end-users with system-related issues and provide training/documentation.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain documentation including workflows, technical designs, and SOPs.
• Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
• Ensure IT systems comply with security and data protection policies.

IT System Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Around 1 year of experience as a System Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
• Certifications preferred: ITIL Foundation, CBAP, SQL certification, or equivalent.
