About the company:

We're a growing farm-to-home food brand based in Coimbatore, delivering a fresh daily consumable to hundreds of families every morning, 365 days a year. Real farm, real product, real customers who talk about us. We will share our brand name once we shortlist.

 

The role

Own our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube presence end-to-end. Our channels are currently dormant. Your job is to make us the most loved and talked-about brand in our category in Coimbatore.

What you will do:

Ship 3+ reels a week and daily stories, shot on a phone, from the farm and delivery routes.
Run Instagram + Facebook geo-targeted ads on a �10-25K/month budget and drive down cost per lead.
Build and amplify our referral program through content and creator partnerships.
Write warm, honest copy in Tamil and English.
Partner with 3-5 Coimbatore-local micro-influencers each month (food / moms / fitness).
Monitor DMs, comments, and tagged posts across channels daily.

You must have:

1-2 years running social media for a café, restaurant, D2C brand, food/FMCG, or similar consumer brand.
A live portfolio — accounts you personally ran (links required).
Phone-native reel shooting and editing (CapCut / InShot / Premiere).
Hands-on Instagram Ads Manager experience with real budgets.
Tamil + English writing ability.
Based in Coimbatore (or willing to relocate) and okay with occasional 5 AM farm/route shoots.

Nice to have:

Food / dairy / hyperlocal brand experience, Canva design skill, WhatsApp Business familiarity.

Shortlisted candidates will do a 30-min call and a short paid reel assignment (�2,000 for your time). We'll share our brand name at the shortlist stage.
