Job Overview

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with Mypcot Solutions’ brand identity and client requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user behavior, pain points, and expectations, translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs and consistency across all digital platforms.
• Design responsive layouts that work efficiently across multiple screen sizes and devices, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Focus on user-centered design principles, ensuring applications are easy to navigate, user-friendly, and optimized for accessibility and usability standards.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in design processes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience and address usability issues effectively.
