Job Overview

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems for Mypcot Solutions, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and real-world applicability of solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define problem statements, and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to develop predictive and analytical models.
• Handle data preprocessing tasks including data cleaning, feature engineering, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
• Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning models depending on project requirements and business use cases.
• Integrate machine learning models into production environments through APIs or microservices, ensuring smooth interaction with existing applications and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, continuously improving accuracy and efficiency through tuning and retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build data pipelines, ensuring seamless data collection, storage, and accessibility for AI/ML workflows.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability, ensuring they work efficiently in real-time or high-load environments with minimal latency.
• Implement MLOps practices including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and automation to maintain consistency and reliability of machine learning models in production.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation of AI models to ensure reliability, robustness, and consistency across different datasets and use cases.
• Document model architecture, processes, and workflows clearly to enable knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance or future enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, ethical AI guidelines, and security standards while handling sensitive information and deploying intelligent systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions that align with business goals and evolving client requirements at Mypcot Solutions.
