Job Overview
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Mypcot Solutions by researching markets, analyzing industry trends, and building a strong sales pipeline across various sectors and client segments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements in detail and propose suitable products or service solutions aligned with their business objectives, ensuring clarity and value-driven communication.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals that clearly highlight the company’s offerings, competitive advantages, and return on investment.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently following up on leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining a disciplined approach to sales activities and reporting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure while ensuring a positive client experience throughout.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and strategies to position Mypcot Solutions effectively in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who have taken TCS iON NPT - Business Development Executive
or
TCS iON NPT - Customer Relationship Management will be given preference
