Job Summary

  • System Support Executive

    Roles and Responsibilities -

    Possess sound knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, to support client-site hardware installations.

    Preferably experienced in rack server installation and Linux Server OS deployment.

    Ability to perform basic router configuration and related network setup tasks.

    Added advantage to have experience working with Android devices such as Android TVs and Android Set-Top Boxes.

    Participate in the project implementation team during product installation at client locations.

    Familiarity with the Linux environment for troubleshooting and basic operations.

    Handle device installation and coordinate with the concerned team/lead to integrate product features successfully.

    Provide onsite support to various 5-star hotels within the city and across other states as required.

    Submit daily reports to the Project Lead and Site Lead.

    Willingness to travel anywhere in India for project execution or support activities whenever required.

    Qualification Required -Bacholers or Any IT related Degree
