      Job Summary:

      We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Lenovo Technical Support Engineers to provide on-site field support for desktops and laptops. The role involves visiting client locations, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and ensuring timely resolution as per Lenovo service standards.

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      Provide on-site technical support for Lenovo desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

      Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues.

      Perform system diagnostics and resolve technical problems at customer locations.

      Replace faulty components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.) as per SOP.

      Coordinate with Lenovo Service Desk for call updates and escalations.

      Maintain proper service reports and job closure documentation.

      Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA timelines.

      Travel to multiple client locations daily as part of field support.

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      Basic knowledge of:

      Desktop/Laptop hardware

      Windows OS installation & troubleshooting

      LAN & basic networking

      Printers and peripheral devices

      Good communication and customer handling skills.

      Ability to work independently in field environment.
