      Desktop Support Engineer (L2) 

      MSP Infoservices is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide advanced technical support and ensure seamless IT operations. The role involves handling escalated issues from L1 support and delivering effective solutions within defined SLAs.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office 365, and business applications. Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, and maintain system performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets using Active Directory. Handle network-related issues including IP configuration, connectivity, and LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Utilize ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents, ensuring proper documentation. Provide remote and on-site support using tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Maintain IT asset inventory and follow ITIL processes.

      Requirements:

      1–2 years of experience in desktop support, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication ability. Basic knowledge of networking and certifications like CompTIA A+ are an added advantage.
