      Job Profile – Sales Executive (Zippers & Sliders – Pan India & Export)

       

      • Responsible for selling zippers and sliders across India and selected international markets
      • Develop new customers in textile, garment, bag, luggage, footwear, and industrial segments
      • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
      • Conduct regular customer visits with intensive travel (15–20 days per month)
      • Travel by train (first available service), car, or bus as required – all expenses borne by the company
      • Generate leads through emails, phone calls, online platforms, and industry references
      • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders
      • Follow up on samples, approvals, orders, dispatches, and payments
      • Collect market intelligence: competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback
      • Maintain detailed customer and sales records in Excel/CRM
      • Use modern tools such as computers, email, Excel, and AI-based tools for productivity
      • Submit daily/weekly sales and travel reports to management
      • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
      • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and factory visits
      • Ensure timely recovery of payments from customers
      • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

       

       

      Candidate Requirements

       

      • Experience in zipper, textile, garment, bag, luggage, or industrial sales preferred
      • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
      • Willingness for extensive travel across India
      • Hard-working, honest, disciplined, and result-oriented
      • Comfortable with technology: computer, email, Excel, and AI tools
      • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
      • Ability to work independently and under targets
