Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in 3D web design to help us craft a visually stunning and user-friendly fintech platform. You will play a key role in designing interactive, modern interfaces that blend usability with cutting-edge 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for a fintech web platform

Conceptualize and create 3D web experiences (animations, transitions, interactive elements)

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Optimize user flows for clarity, accessibility, and performance

Maintain design consistency across the platform

Stay updated with trends in fintech, UX, and 3D web technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required)

Strong experience with 3D design for web (e.g., WebGL, Three.js, Spline, or similar tools)

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Understanding of interaction design, motion design, and micro-interactions

Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles

Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for fintech or financial products

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with animation tools (After Effects, Blender, or similar)

Understanding of user psychology and data-driven design
