We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Executives to join our team in Kolkata.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading app-based cab service and help onboard Cab and Moto (Bike) driver partners onto the platform.

Visit different areas in Kolkata to interact with Cab and Moto driver partners.
Explain the earning potential, incentives, and key benefits of driving on our platform.
Motivate driver partners to join and actively drive on the platform.
Assist drivers with documentation and app installation during onboarding.
Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process.
Follow up with driver partners after onboarding to confirm whether they have started driving on the platform.
Provide basic post-onboarding training so driver partners can easily navigate the app and start taking trips.
Resolve basic queries and guide driver partners for smooth activation.
