Roles & Responsibilities:

 End to End Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening and Scheduling candidates across India through Job Portals, Employee References & Vendors.

 Coordinate with stakeholder to understand their requirement & feedbacks on candidate.

 Coordinate with candidate for Salary negotiation, documentation, offer releasing process & Onboarding.

 Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

 Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System

 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Human Resources

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
