      We are hiring driven Sales Professionals (min 1 year experience in LAP/Home Loans/Mortgage) to join our growing fintech team in Belgaum, Hubli, Gadag, and Koppal. This role offers an attractive salary, unlimited incentives, and fast career growth. Candidates should have experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans (HL), or secured products.

      Customer Acquisition & Sales: Source new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans through direct sales and networking.

      Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify prospective clients and convert inquiries into booked loans.

      Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing professional guidance on loan products and eligibility.

      Documentation & Processing: Manage the entire loan documentation process, ensuring all documents are verified and processed in compliance with company policies.

      Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with credit and operations teams to expedite loan approvals and disbursements.

      Market Analysis: Understand local market trends and competitor products in Hubli, Belgaum, Gadag, and Koppal to maximize sales.

      Target Achievement: Actively work to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for mortgage products.
