Store Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Stores Executive to join our team. The Store Incharge will oversee the efficient management of the store operations within the industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the production line with necessary materials.

Key Responsibilitie

Goods Inward/Outward Managemen: Ensure accurate receipt and inspection of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans. Manage the process of issuing materials to production, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Challan and Billing Oversight: Prepare and verify all goods receipt and dispatch challans. Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate billing and invoicing processes.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate materials are available to meet production demands. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies.Material reconciliation. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standard.

Storekeeping: Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure optimal space utilization and easy accessibility of materials. Implement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaboration and Reporting: Liaise with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements. Prepare reports on inventory status, material usage, and any discrepancies for management review.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all store operations. Train staff on proper handling and storage procedures.

Job Requirements and skills: 

 

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
