As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators and enjoy achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address inquiries
• Provide detailed information about products and services to generate interest
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
• Handle customer objections and convert them into sales opportunities
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Office time 9.00 pm to 5.00am only night shift and no work from home
