Matrix Exports is seeking a disciplined, high-ownership Export Merchandiser Intern/Trainee to manage end-to-end global trade operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want hands-on experience in international commerce, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Export Operations: Manage the full lifecycle from buyer inquiry to final delivery.

• Tender Management: Identify, prepare, and track government/private tenders.

• Documentation: Handle professional correspondence, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination.

• Support: Provide HR and administrative assistance as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Open to all backgrounds (Students or Recent Graduates).

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel & Word is mandatory.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English for interacting with global clients.

• Attributes: Ability to work with minimal supervision and a strong "take-charge" attitude.

Stipend & Incentives

Stipend is based on your commitment duration:

• 1–2 Months: No stipend.

• 3 Months: Based on interview performance.

• 4 Months: �6,000/month.

• 6 Months+: �8,000/month.

• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on business generated.

Note: High performers will be considered for long-term roles and professional certifications.
