• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking

• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to create a talent pipeline
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract potential candidates
