Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused After Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their post-purchase queries and concerns efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve post-purchase issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services
Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions and transactions

Provide product usage guidance and troubleshooting assistance
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
