About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team. As part of Maieutic EduTech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, and delivering demos that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and engage leads using relevant lead generation tools and social selling techniques.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demos and respond to sales inquiries effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
- Maintain updated records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Provide a customer-centric experience and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Demonstrate ownership, self-drive, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
