Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Developer who can transform complex ideas into engaging learner-centric digital content. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, subject experts, and creative teams to develop clear, compelling, and interactive educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning content, scripts, and assessments
• Collaborate with design and production teams for visual alignment
• Simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity and consistency
• Research topics to ensure content accuracy and depth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Education, or related field.(BA,MA,Mass Communication,Journalist)
• 0–3 years of experience in content development or e-learning
• Strong writing, research, and editing skills
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus
