Position: Motion Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities: -

•             Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for e-learning content and promotional materials.

•             Transform scripts, concepts, and storyboards into visually captivating motion sequences.

•             Collaborate with designers, instructional creators, and video editors to bring educational content to life.

•             Design and animate graphics, icons, typography, and characters aligned with brand style.

•             Ensure smooth visual flow, timing, and transitions for high-quality output.

•             Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and tools to elevate creative work.

 

Required Skill Set: -

•             bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Media, or related field.

•             1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (preferably in e-learning or digital media).

•             Strong command of tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop and Figma.

•             Solid understanding of visual storytelling, timing, and rhythm.

•             A creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

•             Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
