Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of organizational data, beginning from its initial collection and progressing through storage, processing, and final analysis. A key responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that uphold data accuracy, consistency, and overall integrity across all systems. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to understand their specific data requirements, ensuring that all business units have reliable and relevant information to support their operations.

Another important duty is to continuously monitor data for accuracy, completeness, and quality, addressing discrepancies and enhancing data standards where needed. The role also includes organizing, structuring, and consolidating data, often by migrating it into centralized repositories such as a data warehouse or cloud-based environment to improve accessibility and decision-making. Additionally, the individual will analyze data and prepare periodic reports that help track organizational performance, identify trends, and support strategic business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, statistics, or a related field is typically required. Proficiency in database management systems and associated technologies is essential.
