Job description:

  1. Responds to customers’ queries via chats and emails.
  2. Resolves customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  3. Troubleshoots technical problems and provides solutions.
  4. Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support.

Required Candidate profiles

  • Should be able to handle multiple chats.
  • Disciplined work habits, follows systematic approach to tasks, and possess problem 
  • solving abilities.
  • Should have a typing speed which is in the range of 25-30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with chat software is an added advantage.
  • Should be willing to join immediately or have a noticed period of less than 15 days. 
  • Should be willing to work in any shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours of scheduled work 
  • with 1 hour break]). 
  • Should be able to do work from office/work from home. Should own a laptop & wired Broadband connection
