  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement

    • Develop Sales Plans: Create strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on key customer segments and product offerings.
    • Target Setting: Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and consistently work to meet or exceed them.
    • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts of sales performance and update management on progress.

    2. Lead Generation and Prospecting

    • Identify New Leads: Use various methods (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.) to generate potential leads.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
