Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support
/ Front Desk Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer complaints, provide
timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for
maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and following
communication procedures and policies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time
limits.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary
documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and professional
customer service.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and communications, including referrals to other services,
agencies, stakeholders, and organizations.
- Identify customer needs and expectations and deliver service requests efficiently and consistently to
achieve first contact resolution.
- Respond to telephone (24*7), electronic, or face-to-face service requests, enquiries, and customer
communications, utilizing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to enhance service
delivery.
- Handle cash handling and payment facilities, including accepting, allocating, and reconciling
payments.
- Act as an advocate for the Customer First Contact Centre and promote positive communication
across the organization, fostering constructive and effective relationships.
- Adhere to the guidelines for confidentiality and the release of information, ensuring compliance
with the Data Protection Act.
- Flexibility to attend stalls and events, especially for counter sales activities (preferred).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Note: Candidates with experience in counter sales will have an added advantage.
