      Job Summary

      A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting a company’s products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. They collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with customer needs, maintain client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

       

       

      Key Responsibilities

      • Identify and pursue new sales prospects through field visits, online tools, referrals, and events. 

         

         

      • Generate and qualify leads, conduct product presentations, and prepare tailored proposals. 

         

         

      • Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and close deals within agreed timelines. 

         

         

      • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing post-sales support and gathering feedback. 

         

         

      • Update and manage CRM records, forecast sales, and track key performance indicators (KPIs),. 

         

         

      • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy. 

         

         

      • Support training and mentoring of junior sales staff when required. 

         

         

      • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities. 

         

         

      Required Skills and Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

         

         

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

         

         

      • Proven sales experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Office. 

         

         

      • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and exceed sales targets.
