Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our stock broking team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining financial products, and generating leads for trading and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote stock broking services
Generate leads and convert them into active clients
Explain trading accounts, investment opportunities, and company offerings
Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects
Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a database of calls, leads, and conversions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of stock market/trading (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Experience:
Telesales experienced preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or finance sector is an advantage
