Job Role - Counter Sales Staff

 

Customer Service Attendant (CSA)

 

Objective -

 

To Deliver excellect customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and support outlet sales growth through effcient service, upselling, billing accuracy, and maintaining hygiene standards.

 

Key Responsibiities:

 

Customer Service - Greet Customers warmly and friendly greeting as they enter the Outlet. take orders accurately, and handle inqueries or complaints professionally.

 

Sales and Upselling  - Suggest combos, add-on items, and premium products to improve Average Bill Value (ABV)

 

Billing and Order Accuracy - Process cash/ UPI/ Card Payments correctly and ensure orders are verified before serving

 

Hygiene and Cleaness - Maintain personal grooming standards and ensure outlets cleaniess and food safety complaince.

 

Team & Operation Support - Assist in food packing, Stock monitoring, and support smooth outlet operations,.

 

Reporting to  - 

 

Assistant Manager/ Outlet Manager
