Roles and Responsibilities :

*Working on direct IT/ Non IT/Engineering client requirements on a day to day basis.

*Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for SI Clients in the US.

*Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

*We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.

*Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on Direct Clients.


Candidate’s Profile:

*Minimum 6 months - 1 year of Experience in US Staffing.

*Good understanding of IT Non IT/Engineering terminology and US staffing industry.

*Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.

*Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.

*Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
