Job Overview

A Junior AI Developer assists senior engineers in building, testing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-integrated software. This entry-level role focuses on data preprocessing, basic algorithm implementation, and utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development workflows 

Collaboration:

Work alongside data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into web applications using APIs.

Testing & Documentation:

Conduct model evaluation metrics, test for accuracy/bias, and maintain technical documentation.

Model Development & Integration:

Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine learning models (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP).

Data Pipelines:

Clean, normalize, and preprocess datasets for model training.

AI-Assisted Coding:

Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to write, debug, and test code under senior guidance.Collaboration: Work alongs

AI/ML Frameworks:

Familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.Tools & Concepts: Git/Version control, SQL, and foundational knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM integrations.Soft Skills: High learning agility, analytical problem-solving, and strong team communication.
