Telemarketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic Telecalling Executives to join our growing organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the company’s products and services clearly, understanding customer needs, and providing accurate information to generate leads and conversions.

The role involves maintaining regular follow-ups with interested customers, updating call details in the system, and ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions. Telecalling Executives are expected to handle customer queries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality standards is a key part of the job.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills in the local language, with basic English knowledge preferred. The role requires confidence, patience, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Basic computer knowledge, including the use of CRM systems or MS Excel, is an added advantage.
