Job Description: Network Support Engineer (Fresher)

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Network Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT infrastructure team. The candidate will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure smooth and secure operations. Key responsibilities include handling basic network issues, supporting LAN/WAN connectivity, configuring routers and switches under supervision, and responding to service requests or incidents.

Freshers should have a fundamental understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and basic network security practices. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux, network monitoring tools, and hardware devices is an added advantage. The role requires good problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.

Candidates must be eager to learn, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of working in shifts if required. This position provides hands-on exposure to real-time network environments, industry-standard tools, and professional growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive workplace.

  Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 years
