      Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher)

      We are looking for an enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher) to provide effective technical support to end users in a corporate environment. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. The role includes handling operating system issues, MS Office troubleshooting, basic network connectivity problems, and antivirus updates.

      The engineer will respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of user complaints. Escalation of unresolved issues to higher-level support teams should be done as per established procedures. Maintaining IT asset records, system documentation, and adhering to company IT policies are essential responsibilities.

      Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and computer hardware. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the willingness to learn new technologies are required. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on IT support experience and build a strong foundation in technical support operations.
