Objective of the Role: The Zonal Sales Head is responsible for overseeing and leading the sales operations within their designated geographic zone. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives within the assigned region. The Zonal Sales Head is also responsible for fostering relationships with key customers, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Job Role: Zonal Sales Head Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore Immediate joiners preferred Roles and Responsibilities:  Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve the company's sales objectives within the designated zone.  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and threats.  Collaborate with the senior management team to set sales targets and budgets for the zone.  Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the zone.  Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.  Monitor and analyze sales data, including sales reports, revenue, and expenses, to identify areas for improvement.
 Implement efficient sales processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.  Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.  Develop and manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.  Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the zone.  Generate accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.  Provide regular updates and insights on market conditions to the management.
