Job Role: Parent Relationship Manager
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Counsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures i.e. converting the leads into admissions.
• Counsel Parents on admission policies and procedures offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing.
•Work closely with the Zonal for Schools admission in making admission decisions for school programs in accordance with admission guidelines
• Coordinate application completion activities with students, admission offices, and individual departments
• Gather data and prepare reports for reporting to the departments and for use in managing the enrollment and application & admission processes
• Stay current on a wide range of other schools' policies, and global educational trends affecting students, admissions and special programs
• Work closely with the zonal and Ops manager for admission and assist with admission decisions for graduate programs in accordance with admission guidelines
• Perform detailed evaluation and calculations for a large volume of student's applications.
