      Key Responsibilities

      Manual Testers are responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests to ensure software meets functional and business requirements. Core duties include:

      Executing manual test cases and analyzing results to identify defects or inconsistencies in software functionality.

      Creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.

      Collaborating with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide feedback for improving software design and functionality.

      Reporting and tracking defects, escalating critical issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

      Performing different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

      Mentoring junior testers and contributing to process improvements in testing methodologies and tools.

      Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, SOX, or HIPAA when applicable.

      Qualifications and Skills

      Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

      Shift: Rotational shifts

      Working days: Monday to Friday

      Work from Office

      Cab Facility provided on both sides

       

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Must have knowledge of Manual Testing and SQL
