Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can manage, analyses, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The candidate should be strong in Excel, comfortable with databases, and capable of using Python and BI tools for reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs).

Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.

Use Python (Pandas, basic data analysis) for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.

Write and execute intermediate to advance SQL queries to extract data.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.

Key Skills & Requirements

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

Strong experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.

Python for data analysis and reporting automation (Pandas preferred).

Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.

Good to Have - Power BI / Tableau for data visualization

Good typing speed with high accuracy.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
